About Jan & Eddie Maples

•  Your Big Bear Lake Realtors, Jan & Eddie, met in 2004 and were married in September of that year. Jan´s a Southern California girl thru & thru. Born in Burbank, California, she has lived in California 
  all of her life.  Eddie grew up in Virginia, near historical Colonial Williamsburg.

  Jan & Eddie are the co-chairpersons of the local REALTORS®  CANTREE Christmas fundraising efforts that helps raise money for the food banks of Believer's Chapel and St. Joseph's (which also serves as the Red Cross disaster center) in Big Bear Valley, along with helping fund the local Meals on Wheels in Big Bear.  Jan chaired the college scholarship fundraising & has overseen the distribution of thousands of dollars in scholarship funds to the Big Bear graduating seniors.
  
  Jan & Eddie network effectively with escrow companies, title companies, banks and mortgage companies & will personally see your transaction through closing, as well as always being your Big Bear connection to provide you with those needed maintainance  referrals.
  
  
• In their spare time, Jan and Eddie enjoy fishing on Big Bear Lake,  golfing at Bear Mountain Golf Course in Moonridge, a leisurely walk on the "bike path" on the north shore of the lake &  an occassional  
  scuba diving getaway.
  
  
• They enjoy summer evening walks in the national forest and cruises around the lake with their two kids, Hunter and Holly, (Jack Russell terriers).
